Our Slider Size Burgers


  • 450g Grass Fed Organic Beef Mince
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • If desired
  • Small Sprig Finely Chopped Rosemary (Leaves Only)
  • Dash Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Ground Almonds
  • 1 Egg


  • This really is one of the most simple recipes you can make, if time is of the essence then these can work really well simply by seasoning your mince with salt & pepper, dividing into 8 equal size portions & shaping into burgers.
  • If you want to really elevate the flavour 
& play around with the taste, then take a sprig of rosemary pull off the leaves, very finely chop and add to the mince along with a splash of balsamic vinegar.

    If you want to increase the protein content then a 1/4 cup of ground almonds adds texture, and if you are not egg intolerant then the addition of one egg will help bind it all.
