Keto Nut Muffin
- 250g Almond Flour or Ground Almonds
- 40g Coconut Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 30g Grass Fed Organic Butter
- 30g Coconut Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 80ml Coconut Milk
- Put dry ingredients into a blender or mixing bowl, and blend together.
- Melt the butter & oil into the dry ingredients, then pour in milk whilst blending together.
- Beat eggs then add to mix, once blended together pour into 8 muffin cases & then bake on Gas Mark 4/180 degrees for 30mins.
- Allow to cool before digging in!
