250g Almond Flour or Ground Almonds
  • 40g Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 30g Grass Fed Organic Butter
  • 30g Coconut Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 80ml Coconut Milk


  • Put dry ingredients into a blender or mixing bowl, and blend together.
  • Melt the butter & oil into the dry ingredients, then pour in milk whilst blending together.
  • Beat eggs then add to mix, once blended together pour into 8 muffin cases & then bake on Gas Mark 4/180 degrees for 30mins.
  • Allow to cool before digging in!
