Keto Flat Bread Recipe Card

This is an excellent recipe with endless possible uses. Providing a bread substitute for those following gluten free, paleo, whole 30 & Keto diets. It is also Dairy free. Is excellent for individual portions or making larger flat breads & pizza’s!

Keto Flat Breads

Keto Flat Bread BLT


  • 50g Coconut Flour
  • ⁃ 8g Psyllium Husk

    ⁃ 1/2 tsp baking powder

    ⁃ Small Pinch Salt

    ⁃ 230g Warm Water (Around 50oC)


  • Add dry ingredients into a mixing bowl
  • ⁃ Add water whilst stirring & keep stirring to bring mixture together into a large dough ball

    ⁃ Leave to rest for at least 5 mins

    ⁃ Pre heat pan to a low to medium heat using coconut oil

    ⁃ Portion into amount of flat breads required

    ⁃ Roll into ball & then…

    ⁃ Flatten bread to desired thickness either by hand or place between baking paper & use a rolling pin (don’t go too thin!)

    ⁃ Add to pan & cook on both sides until you achieve a good browning on each side
