Flax Seed Bread Recipe…

Gluten Free, Paleo, Keto & always delicious!

This is a great versatile grain free bread recipe so is suitable for those on a gluten free or paleo diet.

Using Flaxseed (Linseed) as the base, which are high in healthy fats, this is also suitable for a Keto diet.

Flax seeds are one of the richest sources there is of ALA (Alpha-linolenic acid) an omega 3 fatty acid. With an incredible nutritional profile, this recipe combines it with the complete amino acid & protein packed Chia Seed for a nutritional power house.

These can be baked as a loaf or buns, and you can either keep the recipe plain or flavour as you see fit to compliment your choice toppings…

Some our our favourite versions include adding rosemary & sun dried tomatoes to the recipe to top with poached eggs & spinach or keeping it sweet by adding cinnamon & a pinch of nutmeg to top with home made nut butter…delicious both ways!
